William Homer is a working-class creative originally from the West Midlands. He is a founding member of Hideout Theatre and has served as Artistic Director since 2022.

As a director, his work includes The Players of Diadon (The Lion and Unicorn Theatre and Gilded Balloon, Edinburgh Fringe). He currently works at Casarotto Ramsay & Associates and most recently served as dramaturg on Brown Girl Noise at Riverside Studios.
